Full Service Planning

Services begin at the start of wedding planning.
Locate and secure all vendors, answering questions about etiquette, procedures, and scheduling.
The overall design of the wedding.
Develop, track, and manage a wedding budget.
Provide a countdown to the wedding day guide.
Attend vendor meetings and maintain on-going contact with these wedding vendors.
Unlimited calls, texts, and e-mail contacts and up to 20 hours in one-on-one consultations, with the final session within two weeks of the wedding.
Timeline creation for the weekend of the wedding, detailing the events, from the rehearsal day until the bride and groom leave the reception.
Coordination of the wedding rehearsal.
Provide at least 16-20 hours of service on the day of the wedding, including set-up, decorating, all day coordinating of vendors and events, and clean up after the bride and groom exit.

Assist with the wedding budget.

At 45 days out from the wedding date, contact all vendors to finalize and confirm details.
Attend the final walkthrough of the venue, if needed.
